Lamborghini, the famous automaker, has introduced four luxury mobile devices for the Russian market. Three handsets and one tablet. One of the mobile devices and the tablet run Android 2.3. You can expect to shell out some serious money for these devices. We are talking luxury.
Lamborghini’s Android luxury handset is called Lamborghini TL700 and features a 3.7 inch WVGA sapphire crystal display, a 5 megapixel rear camera, VGA front-facing camera, 4 GB of memory and a 1,400 mAh battery. It is said to be powered by a Qualcomm processor. The casing is made out of gold and crocodile skin. The Android 2.3-powered device will sell for 90,000 RUB, which is about $2,750.
The Lamborghini L2800 tablet is also running Gingerbread. This one features a 9.7 inch 1024 × 768 pixel sapphire crystal display, a 5 megapixel rear-facing camera, a 2 megapixel front-facing camera, 512 MB of RAM, 4 GB of storage capacity, MicroSD card support and it looks like it is powered by a 1.2 GHz Qualcomm processor. It might get Android Ice Cream Sandwich at some point. The Lamborghini L2800 tablet will retail for 75,000 RUB or about $2,290. Both should launch in Russia in August.
