This year I ordered on Nov. 27. On Dec. 7 I got a mass email from the company saying "Sorry for the delay, don't worry all orders will arrive by Christmas." I sent an email to them on Dec. 18 asking about my order and again on Dec. 21. Finally on Dec. 21 I get the email saying they're backed up 2-3 weeks and I can cancel if I want - leaving me with 3 days before Christmas to scramble for two new presents. No idea how much I'll have to hound them to actually get my refund. These gloves cannot be worth dealing with the company. They've lied to both myself and a coworker who purchased the gloves the same day I did. Pretty shoddy company. I would NOT buy these.
