Images of the HTC Proto surface

We first learned about the HTC Proto earlier this month and since you can’t keep a secret on the internet, we now have a picture of the unannounced device. The HTC Proto is expected to be a “refresh” of the HTC One V with some key specs getting a nudge up.

The screen is 4 inches, .3 inches larger than the HTC One V with the same WVGA resolution. The processor is going from a single-core 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon to a dual-core 1GHz Qualcomm MSM8225 S4 processor. The rest of the specs mimic the HTC One V, like the 512MB of RAM and 5MP camera on the back.

Other than that the handset’s corners are a bit more rounded, giving the phone a softer look.
