Google Play Books Updates Adds “Read Aloud” Feature And More

Google has today rolled out a new update to its Google Play Books application which has brought with it a number of new features, tweaks and enhancements.

Included in todays update Google as added a new “Read aloud” feature, which has been created to enable users to listen to text books when needed.

Other features include a new pinch-zoom or double-tap-zoom feature in all books, as well as text editing features for notes. Together with personalised recommendations which are shown at the end of your library and at the end of the books, and of course the obligatory bug fixes and performance enhancements.
