Google has updated their Google Maps for mobile devices, and have added in a range of new features to Google Maps for mobile, the new features are available in browsers on Android smartphones and tablets and Apple’s iOS devices.
Google Maps for mobile now has many of the features that the desktop version has, and one you have decided to opt in to share your location you can search nearby locations with both auto complete and suggested functions, as well as see your current location.
Other new features include the ability to click on icons for popular businesses and also train and bus stations in your area, plus you can also get driving, biking, walking and other travel directions.
When you are signed into your Google account on your mobile device or tablet you can now also access your starred locations an My Maps, as well as view places pages with photos, ratings and more.
