E Ink Snowboard Display Concept

How do you fancy taking to the slopes with this E Ink display snowboard at your disposal? The new E Ink equipped snowboard concept has been showcased at SID 2011 and displays information regarding your direction using the onboard compass, a clock, a weather indicator, and a signal strength indicator.
The snowboard unfortunately is only a concept at the moment and is part of the stand showing examples of how new E Ink display such as the new high resolution Epson E Ink creation might be using in every day life in the near future. Just remember to keep your eyes on where your going rather than admiring your new gadget and its wealth of data.
