Dell updates Inspiron R laptops

Dell’s Inspiron R laptop series is all about impressive battery life. And this year the company has decided to upgrade them. They will still keep the optical drive, but Dell has managed to reduce the size of the Inspiron R to almost 1” thick despite this.
You also now have the option to purchase the Inspiron R with a touchscreen. Why not? since it’ll be running Windows 8. The Inspiron R can also be powered by a variety of Intel processors and even optional discrete graphics for those who want to game on these laptops.

The variety of customizable features and display sizes means there’s something for everyone here. Nothing on price or release date, but they will likely hit in the spring.
