Cool Concepts – The Digital Plant Pot
Check out this cool digital plant pot concept from designer Junyi Heo.
The digital plant pot is designed to measure your plants health and provide feedback on a variety of factors which determine how well you plants are doing.
It will measuresoil conditions, temperature, humidity and water, it then calculates those variables based on the need of your plant and then expresses them via pictures on the built in LCD.
It also has some other unique features, if you over water your plant, it will recognise this and drain the excess water..
It is powered via USB, and you can also download the data from the digital plant pot direct to your computer.
This is a great concept, very innovative, I could definitely use one of these as I am not to good with plants.

@Matt: I’m pretty sure whoever made this isn’t an idiot and the inside of it would be waterproof…
