Consumer reports unveiled their carrier rankings for the year and sadly for AT&T, the nation’s second-largest carrier came up last. Verizon Wireless on the other hand, grabbed first place. The U.S. largest carrier gained excellent marks for both voice and data service, along with knowledgeable staff.
While Verizon got favorable rankings, Sprint and T-Mobile had “middling to low marks” due to their voice and text services. However, they still did better than AT&T. Even though overall AT&T came up last, it got the highest-rated 4G LTE network. Its customers reported the least amount of issues and currently LTE spreads to 103 markets covering 150 million Americans.
So it wasn’t all bad news for AT&T, but they obviously need to up their game.
