Samsung has added three now notebooks to its line up with the launch of the Samsung R480, R580 and R780. All of the models will come with a choice on Intel Core i3 or Core i5 processors.

Motorola’s latest Google Android smartphone, the Motorola Backflip is now available on mobile phone network AT&T in the US.
The Motorola Backflip features a 3.1 inch HVGA touchscreen display, it comes with Google Android 1.5, which will be upgraded to Google Android 2.1, and it also comes with Motorola’ MotoBlur user interface.

Panasonic has officially announced the two new Micro Four Thirds cameras that we told you about last week, the Panasonic G2 and G10.
Both the G2 and the G10 feature a 12.1 megapixel sensor, a three inch LCD screen and both are capable of recording HD video in 720p, and will come with a 14-42mm F3.5-5.6 lens.

Sapphire have released a new graphics card, the Sapphire Radeon HD 5970 which is based upon the ATI HD 5970 chipset, and it has now claimed the top spot as the worlds fastest graphics card.
With a 3DMark Vantage score of 22,000, and an overclocked ATI GPU, the Sapphire Radeon HD 5970 runs at 850MHz, and it comes with 4GB of GDDR5 RAM with a clock speed of 1,200MHz.

Apple [AAPL] has just announced that the WiFi model of the iPad will begin shipping in the US on April the 3rd, with preorders being taking from the 12th of March.
I have just checked Apple’s UK store online and it is still showing that the iPad will ship in March, this will probably be updated to April, as we reported earlier when we revealed the UK iPad Pricing, as our tipster had told us that shipments would begin in April instead of March.

It seems like Palm is attempting to boost sales of its Palm Pre and Palm Pixi web OS handsets, as according to the BGR, Verizon are dropping the mail in rebates on both the Palm Pixi And Palm Pre.
Both mobile phones will cost the same as they did after the mail in rebate, although you wont have to go through the hassle of getting your rebate, which apparently a lot of people don’t bother doing.

A company called HiVision has shown off a new Android tablet at this years CeBIT, and whilst the specifications aren’t all that impressive, the price is as the company expects to sell their new Android tablet for under $100.
So what do you get for your $100? The HiVision SpeedPad features a Samsung 6410, 800MHz (ARM 11) processor, 2GB of storage and 256MB of DDR 2 RAM, there is also integrated 802.11 b/g WiFi.

Apple has launched a new developer program aimed at software developers for their Mac computers. This new platform is based on the same system as the iPhone Developer Program, and it will eventually replace the current developer scheme.
The new Apple Mac Developer Program will cost just $99 a year, and it will give developers access to early builds of OS X, developer boards and technical support, plus a range of tools to program software for the new platform.

It seems that Sony has decided to take on Apple’s [AAPL] popular iTunes platform, as well as the Apple iPhone and Apple iPad, with a new range of devices and a new online service that will center around Sony’s ‘Sony Online Service’.
Sony intends to launch a new media platform which it hopes will rival Apple’s iTunes, later this month, and this new online service will sell music and videos just like iTunes, plus Sony’s back catalog of PlayStation Games.

New pictures have surfaced of the yet to be announced HTC Incredible Google Android Smartphone. We still don’t have many details about this new Android smartphone from HTC, what we do know is that it will come with Google Android 2.1.

Aiptek has added another pocket video projector to their range with the launch of the Aiptek PocketCinema Z20 Pocket Projector. Although this new model has some interesting features over previous pocket projectors we have seen.
The Aiptek PocketCinema Z20 Pocket Projector weighs just 250 grams and it measures 125mm by 62mm by 24 mm, it features a built in rechargeable Li-ion battery which will give you around 120 minutes of video playback.
