Ben Hecks PS3 Slim Laptop

We have seen quite a few of Ben Hecks amazing laptops before on Geeky Gadgets, the latest one is this cool PS3 Slim Laptop.

The PS3 Slim Laptop features a 17 inch Gateway 1775W screen with a 1280 x 720 resolution, it features a front loading Blu-ray drive, and a funky fan grill on the front which looks like an Iron Man Arc reactor, check out the video of it in action below.

Check out this amazing replica of the Batmobile built by someone from Sweden, the replica Batmobile took three and a half years to make, with over 20,000 hours to complete.

The replica was built using a 1973 Lincoln Continental, and the whole project cost over $1 million US dollars.

R2-D2 Console Mod Houses 8 Games Consoles

We have seen quite a few different mods featuring everyone’s favourite droid R2-D2 on Geeky Gadgets, the latest one features R2-D2 with 8 different games consoles stuffed inside him and a total of 20 game controllers connected too him.

The mod was made using an R2-D2 cooler, I suppose it is now put to better use housing all the games consoles instead of keeping the owners beer cool.

DIY Speakers made from Hard Drives

Well this is a first I never thought you would be able to make speakers from computer hard drives but hey here they are. This pair of 20GB hard drives have been combined and enclosed in a acrylic case together with a VU meter to give it a lovely techie glow.

Stargate Pyramid HTPC Casemod

Some of our readers will remember the cool Pyramid PC that we featured on the site back in March, here is a new version created my Modder Gup, and I think this one is even cooler than the last version.

Gup’s Pyramid HTPC casemod was inspired by Stargate, it features a moving side panel and built in lights which are all operated by remote control.
