Android 4.4 Kit Kat To Feature New Cloud Backup System (Rumor)

It looks like Google may introduce a major new feature with Android 4.4 Kit Kat, a new cloud based backup system for Android devices, this was teased by Nestle on their +KitKat page last week.

You can see the photo below from Nestle, when it was posted last week we didn’t really think anything of the photo, but now more evidence has appeared that leads us to believe that Nestle were teasing a new cloud backup system for Android.

Three ZTE Blade Q Android Smartphones Announced

ZTE has launched three new Android smartphones, the handset all form part of the ZTE Blade Q range and are called the ZTE Blade Q Mini, the ZTE Blade Q and the ZTE Blade Q Max.

Google Updates 16 Android Apps Ahead Of Android 4.4 Kit Kat Release

We are expecting Android 4.4 Kit Kat and the Google Nexus 5 to be released some time this week, either tomorrow or Friday, and now Google has updated a number of their Android apps ahead of the Kit Kat release.

A total of 16 Google Android apps have been updated in the last day, this was first spotted by a Reddit user when 11 apps were updated, now a total of 16 have been updated.

Google Nexus 5 Gets Snapped Again

It looks like we have another photo of the new Google Nexus 5, the latest photo was apparently posted on the Overclockers forum, the person who posted the photo apparently works at a mobile retailer in the UK.

This would mean that some mobile retailer in the UK now have some stock of the new Google Nexus 5, which give more weight to the rumor of the launch date of tomorrow, the 31st of October.

Samsung Ships 5 Million Galaxy Note 3 Devices In First Month

Samsung launched their new Galaxy Note 3 about a month ago, and now Samsung’s JK Shin has announced that the company has shipped 5 million Galaxy Note 3 devices in the first month.

The 5 million Galaxy Note 3 handset shipped is to the retailer and various mobile carriers, these are worldwide figures, and Samsung did not announce how many of these units have been sold to consumers.

Google Nexus 5 Heading to Sprint?

While we see a new Google Nexus 5 rumor every day, there’s still no word from Google about the launch of this not-so-mysterious handset. We’ve seen multiple press renders of the handset as well as its appearance on the Google Play Store and in the inventory system of various retailers. If these weren’t enough for you, the folks at Wind Mobile posted a pre-registration page, which was taken down, revealing the complete specifications of the handset.

Now, evleaks posted another render of the Google Nexus 5 with a caption saying, “Coming to Sprint.” Last year Google Nexus 4 was available of few US carriers including AT&T and T-Mobile except T-Mobile, but it seems things are about to change as the prolific leaker claims that it’s heading to Sprint.
