Samsung NX10 Hybrid Camera
Details have been leaked of a new camera from Samsung, the Samsung NX10, which is slightly bigger than micro four thirds cameras and smaller than standard DSLR cameras, so basically it is a new format.
The Samsung NX10 features a real SLR sensor, but it doesn’t come with the single lens reflex that is found in normal SLR cameras, it is designed to give you almost SLR quality pictures without the size of a full SLR camera.
The 158 Lens Camera
Ishino Yohiro, a professor at the Nagoya Institute in Japan has developed a camera with a total of 158 lenses, making it into the Guinness Book of Records.
It took the professor and his students six months to put the camera together and they now hold the world record for having the most lenses in a camera.
Olympus PEN E-P2 Now Available
Olympus officially announced the second camera in their PEN range last month, the Olympus Pen E-P2.
The Olympus PEN E-P2 a is a micro four thirds camera and it has a range of new features compared to the EP-1, which include Olympus’s new VF-2 viewfinder,a 12.3 megapixel Live MOS sensor, and it also features image stabilization and dust reduction, and has an ISO range up to 6400.
JVC Everio GZ-HD620 HD Camcorder
JVC has added a new camcorder to its range wit the launch of the JVC Everio GZ-HD620 HD Camcorder.
According to JVC, the Everio GZ-HD620 is the world’s lightest and smallest HD camcorder with a built in HDD, and it weighs a tiny 270g and measures 53mm by 63mm by 115mm.
