T-Mobile UK Offering iPhone 3G To High End Customers

T-Mobile in the UK has started to offer the Apple (AAPL) iPhone 3G to its high end customers, although this is not an official deal with Apple as yet, T-Mobile has already started to offer and unlocked version of the iPhone 3G to certain customers who spend more than £75 a month.

The deal is being offered to T-Mobile customers who threaten to leave T-Mobile, and T-Mobile are offering the iPhone 3G to them to get them to stay with the network, it seems there will one be 150 units available to T-Mobile customers per week.

Apple Tablet Coming In November?

Over the past couple of weeks there have been numerous rumors about a the new Apple (AAPL) Tablet, now one analyst claims to have seen a prototype version of the Apple Tablet in the flesh.

The analyst who remains anonymous has told financial publication Barrons, that the Apple Tablet could be revealed as early as September, and go on sale in November.

Security expert Charlie Miller who has allegedly found an SMS-based security hole on the Apple iPhone which will allow potential harmful code to execute. Millar claims to informed Apple of the problem over a month ago but now says he will reveal the details of it at Black Hat which is this week.

Apple Says NO to Google Voice Apps

Google’s much anticipated Google voice app for the iPhone was sent to Apple for approval to be sold through Apples App Store. But Apple have refused to sell it and have also removed existing apps which provide  similar services, reports claim.

Rumours suggest AT&T may be behind the move to ban the Google voice app becuase it also allows users to send free SMS messages and make cheap calls using Google’s own number.

Apple 10″ Tablet ‘Cocktail’ is confirmed by FT

Rumours suggest that Apple has a secret project called ‘Cocktail’ and is currently in talks with EMI, Sony Music, Warner Music and Universal Music Group. These major players in the music industry are looking to Apple to try and help revive their slumping industry with the release of a tablet.The Financial Times has reported that Apple may be be announcing its new 10 inch tablet alongside the Content Partnership in September.
