Buffalo Unveils MiniStation Plus USB 3.0 1TB Storage
Buffalo has launched a new line of portable storage solutions this week in the form of the MiniStation Plus drive. The new Buffalo MiniStation Plus comes in two storage capacities either 500GB or 1TB which is housed in a shock proof chassis.
It is also USB powered so there is no need to carry a power cable, which is always a bonus, and will provide transfer speeds around 5Gbps when used with a USB 3.0 port.
Both storage sizes are USB 3.0 compatible and can be used with either Mac or Windows machines and backward compatibility with USB 2.0 ports.
The new Buffalo MiniStation Plus will be available for around $84.99 for the 500GB MiniStation Plus (HD-PNT500U3) and $119.99 for the 1 TB MiniStation Plus (HD-PNT1.0U3).
