Apple Removes Wifi Dectector Apps

Apple has yet again decided the need to remove apps from it iTunes App store. This time the Wifi detectors are under the cosh and being removed. After Apple decided they were using a “private framework” and has pulled them without any explanation or apology.

Apple has even declined to tell developers what rules the scanning applications are actually breaking before the pull leave them totally in the dark.

World of Warcraft Under Attack by Key Logger Trojan

Reports indicate that a World of Warcraft trojan is spreading that intercepts the authentication code generated by the Blizzard Authenticator system.

When players enter their code before logging into their accounts the Trojan steals the code and gains access to the players account but also sends a false code to Blizzard so the login will fail and makes the authenticator useless. To check if you have been infected follow the instructions below.

IBM Use Light to Speed up Chip Communications

A team of scientists at IBM have created a technology that uses light to allow chips to communicate and replace the traditional methods using electrical signals via copper wires. The tiny silicon circuits called nanophotonic avalanche photodetectors use small pulses of light to communicate to each at super fast speeds receiving optical data signals at 40Gbps (billion bits per second) and simultaneously multiply them tenfold.

Glucowizzard Implant Sensors Monitors Blood Glucose Levels

A new Glucowizzard a grain of rice sized implant may mean less pain for diabetes suffers by monitoring there blood sugar levels day and night.  The Glucowizzard is injected into a patients wrist and works like conventional monitors: An enzyme reacts with glucose in the blood and frees electrons in proportion to sugar levels.

This data is then collected via  photovoltaic cells flashing light pulses through the skin to a wristband worn by the patient.
