It does come with the new Atom processor. Must of been spacing out. Well, thats slightly better I guess. Still kind of disappointing since the MAIN drawback of the 1002HA is the 2 cell polymer, which only gives you about 3.5 hours of real world battery life. Ah, my mistake.
