Asus Ares 5970 Is Two 5870s In One Card

Asus had released details of their latest high end graphics card, the Asus Ares 5970. Just like the ATI Radeon HD 5970 the Asus Ares 5970 features who 5870 cards in one.

Unlike the ATI Radeon HD 5970, the Asus Ares 5970 isn’t under clocked, so both of the 5870 cards are running at full speed, which should give quite an improvement over the standard ATI Radeon HD 5970 cards.

The Asus Ares 5970 requires a third auxiliary power connector to keep it running, it certainly looks like a serious peice of kit. There are no details on when the Asus Ares 5970 will go on sale an no details on how much it will retail for.
