Assassin’s Creed 3 and Far Cry 3 missing from UK Steam store

Remember the days when you had to go to the video game store to get your games? Gamers now have alternative means of purchasing their games, like virtual store fronts like Valve’s Steam. If you use Steam and are looking to get Assassin’s Creed 3 or Far Cry 3, you might have noticed that they are missing as far as UK gamers are concerned.

Ubisoft has confirmed that they are currently in talks with Valve for bringing both Assassin’s Creed 3 and Far Cry 3 onto the Steam platform for the UK market. We don’t know when they will be making their way onto the UK Steam store, but Ubisoft has suggested that UK gamers go to the publisher’s Uplay store or hit a retail outlet.

Hopefully it won’t take long.
