Apple and Samsung have been fighting it out in court over the last few years, Apple were recently awarded an extra $290 million in the trial against Samsung, making the total that Samsung has to pay Apple $930 million.
Now Apple is looking for Samsung to cover some of its legal fees for the court case, Apple has paid its lawyers more than $60 million US dollars, and now it is looking for Samsung to cover some of the costs.
Apple wants Samsung to pay a total of $22 million towards its legal fees, which include $15.7 million in attorney fees and $6.2 million in expenses.
Samsung has already said that it will appeal the latest damages of $290 million awarded to Apple, and we suspect that if the legal fees are also added to the bill, they will be appealing those as well.
