Apple launches a 16GB iPhone

Apple has launched a new 16GB iPhone, exactly the same as the existing iPhone, no new updates or 3G, just 16GB of storage.

The new iPhone is available to buy online now from the Apple Store for $499, and the 8GB remains the same at $399
