AllGo’s $15 Android Computer Could Enable Ultra Cheap Tablets
AllGo Systems have developed and ultra cheap computer based on Google’s Android platform, and the components needed to make the computer cost just $15, and all that needs to be added to the computer is a battery and a screen.
So if you add in a 7 inch WVGA resistive touchscreen display and a battery, the cost to manufacture would rise to about $35, which seems pretty cheap.

Inside this low cost Android computer are a Freescale i.MX233 chipset and an ARM9 Soc, and a custom built of Android that has been developed by AllGo along with a custom UI.
