Activision’s Call of Duty Series Coming To Vita This Fall

If you plan on getting yourself a Playstation Vita, you won’t be left out of the action when it comes to Call of Duty. This news comes straight from Sony senior vice president of PlayStation brand marketing Guy Longworth, who in a recent interview with the website GameTrailers, said, “In the Autumn, [my kids] are really looking forward to Call of Duty on Vita, and that’s going to be an absolute game changer for the platform.”

This has many fans excited and it is the first word that we have heard about this since there has been had no official confirmation previously from Sony. Not surprisingly, Activision has not commented on this yet.

Given how massively successful the game series has been, it shouldn’t surprise anyone that it is coming to the Vita. The real question if how well it will be received on this platform. At any rate, it can only help the Vita to gain more sales in the fall.
