Epson has just released details of the Epson R-D1x Digital Rangefinder camera, which is an updated version of their RD-1, and a cheaper alternative to the Leica M8. The Epson R-D1x features a 6 megapixel APS-C CCD sensor, a 2.5 inch LCD screen, and support for SHDC cards up to 32GB.

If you have ever been paintballing, then you will know how much those little paint pellets hurt when you get shot by one. Imagine what would happen if you were attacked by this crazy paintball turret which is capable of firing 34 balls a second, you just know that is going to hurt!

Here’s a useful accessory for all the photography geeks out there, the Monsterpod Tripod, which is designed to stick to virtually any surface. The Monsterpod is a Viscoelastic Polymer-based tripod (I think that means sticky), which can stick to over 1,000 surfaces, including brick walls, wire fences, glass windows, street lamps, and lots more.

Here’s an interesting PC case, the Smart SC120D Aluminum PC Case, which certainly looks a little different than the standard desktop PC cases available today. The Smart SC120D Aluminum PC Case comes in a choice of either black or silver, and is compatible with Micro ATX and Mini ATX Motherboards.

Here’s an interesting table lamp from Brazilian Designer Fernando Akasaka, The Frankie Table Lamp. This fun skull shaped table lamp features interchangeable LED or Halogen bulbs, which means that you can control the brightness of the eye or bulbs on the skull.

Check out this cool R2-D2 Ghetto Blaster by artist Bill McCullen. This cool R2-D2 Ghetto Blaster was shown off at the artists ‘Hype, Hustle, Rip-Off’ gallery opening, unfortunately there aren’t too many details about it, but I think the photo speaks for itself, very cool!.
