Get Wireless with your Wii with the Nyko Wireless Nunchuck

Here is a cool controller for your Wii, the Nyko Wireless Nunchuck.

The Nyko Wireless Nunchuck connects too the Wiimote via a wireless dongle that plugs into the controller’s accessory jack.

Once you have plugged it in, you tap the connection buttons on the dongle and the Nunchuck syncs them together, letting the Nunchuck work as if it was physically connected to the remote.

The Nyko Wireless Wii Nunchuk will go on sale later this month for about $30.

The World’s Smallest R/C Helicopter

Interactive Toy Concepts have revealed a tiny radio controlled helicopter at this years CES.

It  is just 2.5 inches tall, less than four inches long and has a diameter of 3.5 inches.

It features a patented dual rotor design, and has a range of 20 feet.

It should go on sale sometime this year for around $40.

LimePC M1 – Tiny Linux PC Smaller than an iPod Nano

Check out this tiny Linux PC called the LimePC M1 from FreeScale.

It is smaller than an Apple iPod Nano, and it runs LimeOS, which is based on Debian Linux, it feature a full screen HTML based user interface and web 2.0 applications.

It features the FreeScale MPC5121e CPU, it also features Audio cards, PCI, Ethernet, SATA and a USB Motherboard.

Unfortunately those are the only details available at the moment.

iRiver Launches the Sphinn PMP

iRiver have launched a new mini PMP called the Sphinn.

This mini PMP has a 3.3 inch AMOLED screen, a DMB Tuner, FM radio, an E-dictionary and built in Bluetooth.

It will come in a choice of 4GB, 8GB and 16GB, no word on pricing as yet.

Logitech Launches the Harmony One Universal Remote

Logitech has unveiled a new universal remote at this years CES, the Harmony One.

It features a 2.2 inch touchscreen, and has a variety of pre-programmed functions.

It can also be updated online and there is an online database with the controls for over 225,000 devices that can be programmed in to it.

It will go on sale next month for about $250.

Alienware’s Giant Gaming Monitor

Alienware have shown off an amazing gaming monitor at CES.

This new monitor features four DLP screens, to produce a resolution of 2880×900 and a 0.2ms response time.

It is expected to go on sale by the end of the year, no word on pricing yet and details of the specs are a little limited at the moment.

It looks huge, I bet that isn’t going to be cheap and you will need some serious desk space for it.

Although just a concept at the moment, I am sure it wont be long before we see something like this go into production.

Wowee shows off new Robots at CES

Wowwee has launched a bunch of new robots at CES.

First up is the Rovio, a home surveillance robot that can be controlled with any device that can access the Internet. It will retail for $300.

Next is the FemiSapien, aimed at women and girls, the FemiSapien dances to music it hears through its built in microphone, it also reacts to voice commands. The Femisapien will retail for $100.

Then we have the Tri-Bot, which is a three wheeled omnidirectional robot, which tells jokes and has a motion sensitive remote. The Tri-Bot will go on sale for $100.

Next is the Mr.Personality, it features a colour LCD screen and can play games, tell jokes and you can change its personality via USB. It will go on sale for $250.

These robots certainly look like fun, especially the Rovio.
